In the intersection of Black History Month and Women's History Month, Finessed Media will be highlighting some of the Black Women Music Industry Leaders who work with YOUR favorite artists and who are paving the way for aspiring industry professionals like yourself.

Finessed Media is holding an open discussion about Latinidad in Black spaces with female leaders within the Afro-Latinx community to share their unique experiences on discovering their Black/PoC identity and Black Latino represe​ntation in mainstream media and music and to discuss what companies, organizations and individuals can do to progress the Black Lives Matter movement.
