This weekend, Finessed Media will be hosting a special workshop event on mental health in the music industry.

CEO & Founder, Alexi Rabadam, who is a certified yoga and meditation instructor and mental wellness guide, will discuss common stresses and struggles of the music industry (i.e. social media comparing, imposter syndrome, financial strife's, lack of support, etc.) and ways to mitigate the stress through community, wisdom, and movement (mental and physical).

All artists and music industry professionals are welcome. We encourage you to share this with folks struggling with their mental health especially.
