Brittney Boston - In her past role at Universal Music Group, Capitol Records, Brittney worked a hybrid role of A&R and Head of Content Strategy. Brittney worked on projects for artists which include: DJ Snake, J Balvin, Migos, Hardwell, Karol G and more. She serviced the marketing side by championing all of the visual content (official music, lyric videos and special pieces for Spotify and Apple) while leading marketing initiatives and rollouts working closely with 16 international partners.
Her knack for innovation has allowed Brittney to oversee campaigns for brands like JBL, Samsung and several tech start ups including Gather Films. Presently heading up her management company, Supreme Republic Entertainment and record label Living Legends Entertainment via a joint venture with BMG and Strange Music where she manages the addition to, managing the career of rising Hip Hop rapper DAX. A content creator and an influencer for the culture of entertainment, Brittney has been a part of successful rollout campaigns artist like for NE-YO, Adrienne Bailon, Candice Boyd and many more.
On the talent relations side, Brittney on-going works the following high level award shows: The Grammy's, BET Awards, ESPY's, Image Awards, Golden Globes, Soul Train Awards and more. Alongside high level clients including Diana Ross, Monica, Draya Michelle, French Montana, H.E.R, Nicki Minaj and many more.
She is the creator of community leading series called Musicology now in its fifth year. The interactive series has hosted the likes of A-list executives and talent like Lenny S from Roc Nation, Hit Maka to Scott Storch.
Aside from that, Brittney is a young television producer and writer. Currently working on several projects with major networks and distribution companies. There are no limits to what this young lady can do.
Charlene Bryant Charlene Bryant was formerly a Digital Account Manager for Sony/RCA Inspiration, who recently ventured out to start her own artist management company, Riveter Management Inc. She is passionate about helping artists and her company motto is to treat every client like a VIP.
During her matriculation at Belmont University, she has garnered internships with all three major labels and landed her first paying gig after college, managing a live music venue. After two years of increased record attendance at the venue, she pivoted and began working at a record label and is now an entrepreneur. She currently resides in Los Angeles after leaving Nashville, where she was a transplant from Canton, Ohio.
Trophy Hailing from Canarsie, Brooklyn, Julissa "Trophy" Bartholomew is a rose that sprouted from concrete. Born March 4th, 1991 to Grenadian descendants, Julissa lived in a household foreign to urban music which further fueled her love for hip-hop and R&B. As a youth, the 29-year-old vowed to take her talents to hip-hop journalism to which would help display her affection for the bubbling genre. Furthermore, Julissa later earned a degree in Mass Communication, yearning for a career that would immerse her deeper into the culture. She soon made a website, trophylife.net, that would become a primary source for all the trending hip-hop sites nationwide which helped her rub shoulders with some of the most connected people in the game.
Through hardships and networking, Julissa was able to land herself at 300 Entertainment where she shadowed and learned from the likes of many reputable executives and heavy hitters such as Selim Bouab and Ash Chetei to name a few. She was also managing known NY Artists like Jeezy Mula and Rah Swish. In 2019, Julissa was able to take her knowledge to Cinematic Music Group, working alongside Jonny Shipes and becoming an instrumental force in A&R at the flourishing company. Since arriving to CMG, Julissa found herself grooming some of the new generation's greatest talents like Luh Soldier and BBG Baby Joe. Moreover, being a black woman, she has been able to gracefully make an impact and leave imprints everywhere she goes. "Sometimes the realest music comes from unfortunate circumstances and I want to be the one not afraid to turn someone's ugly situation into a blissful beginning," she recites. With years of experience and breaking artists across the globe, Julissa has easily become one of the most prestigious women in the music industry.
Noor Khan Atlanta born Noor Khan is a music industry up and comer best known for her work with Madame Gandhi, Mamalarky, Faye Webster and Winter. In 2016, she began her career at Awful Records as management staff in Atlanta where she worked directly with artists ABRA and Father, later securing a position within the label as Faye Webster's project manager. That same year, she met then independent musician and activist Madame Gandhi who shared her same vision for furthering representation of queer women of color and gendernonconforming folks in music and was brought on as her touring and operational manager. After graduating from Emory University with a degree in Mathematics in 2017, Noor left Awful Records and moved to Los Angeles to work full time on Madame Gandhi's team while continuing her work with Faye Webster as her tour manager, taking lead on a support tour with Lord Huron and a nearly sold out headlining tour around the United States. During this time she also became acquainted with Mamalarky and joined the band as their bassist, quickly securing the band label and synch representation while opting to carry management responsibilities herself. In 2020, Noor joined Winter as touring bassist and added them to her tour management roster. With a uniquely diverse set of qualifications for such a young industry professional, Noor Khan is well equipped to move through the industry with the perspective of both artists and managers in mind.
